THE FLAMINGOS PINK SHARE NEW TRACK I DON’T CARE

SECOND RELEASE FROM UPCOMING NEW ALBUM

BAND TO BRING THEIR HIGH-OCTANE LIVE SHOW
TO TORONTO AND MONTREAL THIS SPRING – WITH MORE TOUR DATES TO BE ANNOUNCED SOON

TORONTO, ON – April 15, 2022 – Following the release of their lead single and title track from their upcoming new album – Free LivinThe Flamingos Pink return with their next offering: I Don’t Care. A punchy, stripped-back rock anthem, I Don’t Care perfectly encapsulates the groove-laden rock ‘n’ roll style that runs through the new record. Listen to the track here and watch the retro home video-inspired visual here.

While the band’s undeniable sound shines through out speakers and headphones, the true magic happens when Julien “Julz” Corrado (drums) and Sacha Gubany (guitar/vocals) take to the stage. The duo bring their songs to life in concert with an insanely high-energy live show that immediately captivates audiences and feeds back in to the band.

"There is nothing better than playing for our fans and new audiences,” Sacha and Julz exclaim. The exchange of energy is intense and beautiful. People dance and rock out. Our shows are a complete party and that is exactly what everyone needs right now."

Toronto concert-goers will get a taste of the new songs in their live format, including Free Livin and I Don’t Care, when The Flamingos Pink hit The Handlebar next week, followed by a hometown Montreal show on May 26th, and more tour dates to be announced soon. After being named one of Montreal’s Best Bands last year in Cult MTL, The Flamingos Pink are truly a can’t-miss!

UPCOMING TOUR DATES:
April 22 / Toronto / The Handlebar
May 26 / Montréal / Le Ministère (w/ Les Shirley)

ABOUT THE FLAMINGOS PINK & FREE LIVIN:
Best friends, brothers and bandmates, Montreal rock ‘n roll disruptors, The Flamingos Pink, do what they do best – make good rock ‘n’ roll music.

Embracing the chaos that is life today, The Flamingos Pink regained control of their own music and their own destiny. The result is Free Livin, an anthem to living your life the way you want to.

Think The New York Dolls meets Iggy and the Stooges. A White Stripes / The Hives’ sound partying with The Stones in the 70s. Picture WolfAlice and The Kills drag racing to AC/DC. Hi-def grittiness, imperfect emotional vulnerability on a knife’s edge. The special balance that occurs through the interdependence of two personalities rocking out in real time. Synergy and smiles. No fades. Only hard cuts.

Recorded in four days in Montreal at Studio Latraque, the new album – set for release later this year on LL Artists – was mixed and engineered by David Laurendeau and produced by The Flamingos Pink.
