Toronto, ON – February 9, 2018 – Today, Our Lady Peace hit alternative radio with their track, Nice To Meet You – the latest single from their new album, Somethingness. The song can be found on the Somethingness Volume I EP, which was released in October 2017, and is being followed up with a complete album, set for release on February 23^rd. The full album can be pre-ordered here, and will be available on vinyl and CD, exclusively during their upcoming spring tour and through the band’s Pledge Music campaign.

“Nice to Meet You is based on the premise that we are all inherently ‘good’, but sometimes it takes a minute to reveal itself, and we are forced to wait or be patient to see that good,” says OLP frontman, Raine Maida. 

The video for Nice To Meet You is part of a four-episode mini-documentary style series, featuring YouTube star, Matthew Santoro, as a ride-share driver. The series explores a unique look into the personal stories that happen every day, all around us, in a new light. Have a look at the series, featuring Drop Me In The Water, Hiding Place For Hearts, Nice To Meet You, and Falling Into Place.

The band is set to kick off a co-headlining Canadian tour on March 1^st with Matthew Good.
