Toronto, ON – June 7, 2019 – Local Natives have released the soaring, endlessly danceable remix for When Am I Gonna Lose You, by acclaimed electronic artist Medasin (Rihanna, DJ Khaled, Portugal. The Man). The remix arrives as the “lush and searching” (Stereogum) single shoots to #7 at AAA radio and surpasses 7 million streams. Local Natives are currently on tour in North America. The group played a sold-out show at Brooklyn Steel, and are back for another sold-out performance at the venue tonight. Later this month, they will wrap the tour with a hometown performance at the Hollywood Palladium in Los Angeles. The band has announced additional North American tour dates taking place in the fall.

Based in Los Angeles, the quintet progressed their blissful sound over the course of three full-length albums, Gorilla Manor [2009], Hummingbird [2013], and Sunlit Youth [2016]. The latter received praise from The FADER, Consequence of Sound and The Guardian. In between countless sold out shows and festival appearances - including a standout Coachella 2017 set – they’ve graced the stages of Austin City Limits, The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, The Late Late Show With James Corden, and more.
