LA RAPPER-SINGER STEVEN G RELEASES NEW VIDEO FOR BLUE HUNNADS
NEW EP SHOWGREAT UNIVERSITY OUT NOW
Toronto, ON – August 21, 2020 – LA singer and rapper, Steven G, releases the video for his track Blue Hunnads today, directed by Richy Films (Usher, Travis Barker, J. Balvin, Tyga). The track is featured on his new EP, ShowGreat University, which came out last week.
ShowGreat University was released via eOne last week, and the 10-song EP was executive produced by 15Hunnit Boy of the hit-making collective, 1500 or Nothin’ (Jay Z, Rihanna, Justin Timberlake). The collection of tracks shows off Steven's ability to give you hard-hitting rhymes as well as smooth serenades. Steven G recently released the video for Sex Commandments and I Need All That, bot featured on the EP and also directed by Richy Films.
Steven first catapulted onto the social radar of many with a venomous freestyle back in 2017, based on the viral social media #SleepWalkinChallenge by Cali rapper, Mozzy. Steven also developed a love for R&B music as he includes his musical influences to be Michael Jackson, Usher, The-Dream, Alicia Keys, and so many more artists that embodied what is deep in his soul. Steven fuses his rhythmic style of rap with R&B sensibilities and finds ways to innovate Cali music. Steven has received praise from the likes of NPR, XXL, and Hip Hop DX.
