NORTH AMERICAN TOUR KICKS OFF IN WASHINGTON, DC ON NOVEMBER 3 WITH STOPS IN TORONTO AND VANCOUVER
Toronto, ON – August 23, 2019 – Singer/Songwriter, Juke Ross, releases his new track, We Never Die, today via Palm Tree Records/RCA Records (click here to listen). In addition, he announces his Juke Ross North American Headlining Tour. The 12-city tour will kick off on November 3 in Washington, DC and culminate in Vancouver, BC, Canada on November 23. Tickets for the tour will be available for sale starting Monday, August 26 at 10:00 a.m. local time.
Earlier this summer, Juke announced his signing to Palm Tree Records/RCA Records and released his first single, Burned By The Love. The track has over 1.6 million streams and has received adds/airplay on SiriusXM Coffee House and SiriusXM Chill as well as playlist support from Today’s Acoustic, Coffee House Blend and Mood: Chill on Spotify and Apple Music.
Juke Ross, currently resides in Brooklyn, New York by way of Guyana, South America. One of 14 siblings, the self-described “med school dropout,” singer-songwriter, producer, and multi-instrumentalist touched down stateside in 2017 after his independent single, Colour Me, caught fire on Spotify. Acoustic guitar in hand, his effortless take on pop soul organically emanated Caribbean flavoUr and quietly attracted upwards of 80 million cumulative streams and 2 million listeners on Spotify within two years. Written in his birthplace, the Grey EP detailed the initial phase as he went from a tiny country to one of the biggest cities in the world.
By 2018, he enjoyed a series of firsts in North America. He sold out cool venues like Arlene’s and tried his hand at composing in the states, delivering the one-offs Hey Lil’ Mama and Fresh Roses. The latter racked up 17.5 million Spotify streams in under six months.
