Toronto, ON – August 23, 2019 – Rising alternative pop singer-songwriter, Christian French, will be making his way up to Canada during his 22-date North American tour this Fall. French’s Bright Side Of The Moon Canadian tour kicks off in Toronto on September 10 at The Drake Underground, with additional stops in Montreal and Vancouver. Full tour details are listed below and tickets can be purchased here.

French’s second and latest EP, Bright Side Of The Moon, was released on August 9 via Disruptor Records/Sony Music Entertainment, and has received attention from Billboard, Atwood Magazine, and CelebMix– not to mention already having millions of streams.

“Bright Side Of The Moon is about finding the energy and enthusiasm to stay optimistic in even the most trying times of life. This past year, I’ve spent a lot of time trying to figure myself out, and I’ve found how important that positive mindset is when facing new challenges,” says French. “The project encompasses both my personal life and life as a musician. I’ve realized life is always going to throw you curveballs. There’s no way to know what’s coming and no way to perfectly deal with things. All you can do is your best in every situation and approach challenges optimistically with the knowledge that there is a light at the end of the tunnel. What you’re going through will help you continuously grow and become a better version of yourself. That’s what this is about.”

Songs like Call Me Your Love showcase this growth– the relatable lyrics and catchy beat combined with the electric guitar’s melodic riffs makes for a sure hit. Lead single, Bright Side Of The Moon, is and upbeat track with an unshakable feel-good rhythm, drawing you in from the first line, “Oh it’s not so bad, just look on the bright side, it’s the right side to come through.” Check out the music video for Bright Side Of The Moon here. The full album is available through all streaming platforms.

French has been hard at work ever since stepping into the music scene in 2016 when he and fellow producer, Triegy, self-released their first single, Fall For You, on SoundCloud then Spotify. Fall For You charted on Spotify’s US Viral Top 50, putting French on the map. Since this breakthrough, French moved to Los Angeles to work with GRAMMY-nominated producer, Dru Decaro, and released a number of solo singles, two EP’s Natural Colors (2018) Bright Side Of The Moon (2019), and toured with both Chelsea Cutler (2018) and Quinn XCII (2019).
